General
Check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.
Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.
Wi-Fi access is included in the resort fee.
We offer valet parking with in-and-out privileges for overnight guests, included as part of the resort fee. Day guests may pay $20 per day to park at hotel ZOSO. Oversized vehicles including trucks with trailers, recreational vehicles, oversized vans and trucks, etc are not permitted due to height restrictions. Please contact the front desk ahead of your stay to discuss options and arrange for alternate parking.
Yes, the front desk will hold your bags for you until you’re ready.
Rollaway beds are based on availability and are $25 per night. Cribs are complimentary also based on availability.
Policies
Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund if your room rate has a deposit. Reservations canceled after 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. Cancellation policy does not apply to festival weekends or special events. With our 24-cancellation policy you can cancel prepaid non-refundable reservations up to 24 hours after you make it. After that, we will collect a deposit and the reservation becomes non-refundable. Group Reservations do not follow the general hotel 48-hour cancellation policy and varies for each Group booking. For details on specific Group terms of cancellation, please contact your group administrator, the hotel reservations team at (760) 325-9676, email the sales team at sales@hotelzosopalmsprings.com, or review your confirmation for specific cancellation terms and conditions.
Dogs are welcome at hotel ZOSO for a one-time non-refundable fee of $50 plus tax per small dog (0-50lbs) and $75 plus tax per large dog (51+lbs). Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.
hotel ZOSO is a non-smoking facility. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill if this notice is disregarded.
Reservations
The Resort Fee is $36 plus tax ($42.05), 13.5% Occupancy Tax, 3% Tourism Fee, and California Tourism Fee 0.25%.
Yes, a resort fee of $36 plus tax daily is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: high-speed wireless internet, overnight valet parking for one vehicle, airport shuttle service, in-room coffee, in-room bottled water, Sonifi in-room streaming service, fax service, and unlimited local and domestic long-distance phone calls. Inclusions subject to change.
At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate and resort fee plus tax, and an additional USD 100 per stay in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus USD 100 per stay for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in but would like to pay for a guest’s stay, please contact reservations at 760.325.9676. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at the time of check-in.
Yes, guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Amenities
Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Pool bar hours vary, please see the front desk for details. No reservations required; pool chaise seating is first-come, first-serve. To reserve a cabana or daybed please email zosopoolreservations@hotelzosopalmsprings.com.
Yes, we offer 24/7 shuttle service to and from Palm Springs International Airport, and the cost is included in the resort fee. Advance reservations are required and can be arranged with the front desk.
We do not have a business center or kiosk. The Front Desk can assist you with any printing needs. Please email your documents to reservations@hotelzosopalmsprings.com.
Yes, we have a fitness center open 24/7. There is a variety of exercise equipment from treadmills, elliptical machines, a stretching area, and more.

While You’re at ZOSO
All personal accounts are payable at or before check-out time. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. And of course, we accept cash.
Stayover service is available by request Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. You may dial 0 from your guest room phone or stop by the front desk if after 9:00 PM to receive fresh towels, linens, coffee, water, and additional amenities.
Dial 7 + room number for calls to guestrooms. For outside calls, dial 9 + then the number including area code.
We do not offer laundry or dry cleaning on property. The front desk is happy to provide nearby dry cleaning services.
Ice machines are available 24/7 and are located on each floor.
